Schnell und freundlich. American hatte uns auf diesen Flug umgebucht da die ursprünglich gebuchte Verbindung über Chicago wetterbedingt storniert wurde.

Die Transborder Air Canada Maple Leaf Lounge im Terminal 1 ist ziemlich groß und bot ausreichend Sitzplätze in verschiedenen Bereichen. Das Angebot an Speisen war ok und bestand aus Nudeln, 2 sehr guten Suppen und diversen Salaten. Getränkeauswahl war durchschnittlich.

Die Kabine ist 1-2 konfiguriert, hatte einen Einzelsitz am Fenster. Das Produkt wirkte relativ alt und verbraucht, war aber halbwegs bequem - konnte sogar schlafen.
